M.Video is one of the leading Russian electronics and household appliances retailer being the first and the only public company in this field. M.Video was established in 1993. In November 2007 M.Video became the first Russian electronics retailer whose shares were traded in the stock market. Currently the shares of "M.video Company" JSC trade on the Russian major stock exchanges – RTS and MCSE (MMVB) (ticker: MVID).
